Some may find it beneficial to eventually seek a financial advisor however in our collective experiences, we find it even more beneficial to first get a taste of what is even out there to invest in and how some of those opportunities work.

A. Your Family! Your Friends! Everyday people of all races, gender, backgrounds, income levels—everyone.
A. This workshop is specifically designed for every day people who want to learn how to start turning their savings into long term, passive income. Everyone is told to invest by some friends or family but many do not know where to start or how to really begin. Some end up so desperate that they fall prey to online scams, worthless videos and books claiming to have millionaire secrets.
Do you want to make more money? Trust me, we all do. Learn how to start at our workshop! Not only do you need this workshop, you’re gonna love it!
A. Our core workshop is designed for total beginners or those who are searching for more structure in their investing. Anyone can buy stock but having a strategy is key. In our workshops, you will learn how to invest into the wide ranging types of equities available to you. We will give real life examples, show you options based on how much or how little you want to be involved in your investing journey, give you simple to understand tips and strategies, real estate opportunities, how to diversify, and recommend an easy to start portfolio strategy.
Throughout the workshop we will also go over general terms and show you how to research which help can significantly help you curb risk along your journey. We will also give you an example of a 5-10 year roadmap that will help you reach your financial goals.
A. One of the things that scammers are great at is instilling fear and pushing for a level of discomfort in their soon to be prey. They often lure you into a “free” seminar where they motivate you, talk fast and begin to emotionally take you on a journey of what ifs. They make promises of complete financial freedom in a short period of time which for most individuals, is not a realistic task. They’ll also get you to buy a book or some kind of program that has a high cost that they promise you’ll be able to break even quickly.
We don’t offer e-courses, motivational speeches, books or other programs. We don’t promise overnight millionaire success or lavish trips around the world. There is no pressure from us to buy any product…ever. Our workshops are not free as we are actually trying to give you the tools in 2-3 hours that you’ll be developing and using for the next 10 years. Your success is up to you, we just give you the key to the door. It’s your job to step through and get to work.
A. Most “free” seminars are setup to lure you in to get you to eventually purchase something. We are not creating pep rallies to get you pumped up to buy junk. Your workshop fee goes towards things such as space rental, refreshments, research, ticketing fees, and materials. Your exchanging your money and time for actual value.
A. 18 years or older which is the minimum age required to legally purchase and sell equities in the US.
A. Nope. No dress code. Come as you are. Business attire not required whatsoever.
A. Absolutely not. This workshop is tailored for beginners. We won’t inundate you with massive amounts of terminology and information that you couldn’t possibly retain or use in your starting journey. Imagine going through Algebra II in just one day. Sometimes too much information is the biggest deterrence to knowledge and starting a journey.
As you embark on your journey you will naturally grow your investment knowledge. You will always have the freedom to seek out more information at your own pace which most prefer to do.
A. Passive income is income resulting from cash flow received on a regular basis, requiring minimal to no effort by the recipient to maintain it. More specifically, our workshops focus on portfolio income which once set, does not necessarily require day-to-day monitoring. You can be involved as much or as little as you want. Both have their positives and negatives.
A. Yes. If you’re “earning” 1 or 2 or even 3% return on your savings, you will leave our workshop wondering why you didn’t start investing sooner but equally excited to make a change!
